The Girl Whose Best Friend Was A Tree was entered in the upper primary category of the 2015 e-book writing challenge at Hallett Cove South Primary School, Adelaide, South Australia. It tells the story of a young girl who doesn’t fit in, and relies on reading to an old oak tree to find her voice.
